Ive almost mastered my embroidery machine....

and have finally produced something that I like!  phew.  Its hard work and takes forever not nearly as much fun as freehand embroidery stitching, but I am looking at ways to combine the two.  In the meantime, here is a shopping bag that I am considering selling.  Wanna buy one? Let me know!

Sometimes I wear the same clothes for days (gawd, I am making myself sound pretty good eh?!)  (Actually I only wear the same clothes if I am not going anywhere, apart from dog walking and am attached to my sewing machine for the day).

that ****ing, *****ing, *****$$@*** embroidery machine!

OK, I think I am getting to grips with my digitizing software - its really not as much fun as freehand sewing and requires me to take my time and be patient, which is not one of my traits.  However, I have finally learnt some of the tools and have made this
for my ex husband's birthday which he will be celebrating in Australia. This is meant to be him and his girlfriend, not a brilliant likeness I accept, but I like the addition of the freehand sewing as it makes it look less serious somehow.
