Ive been trying to get to grips with my new embroidery machine which I am sure will be fun but the learning curve is somewhat steep, to say the least. The software is so confusing but I am getting used to it, very slowly.
In the meantime, I used my other machine to sew freehand this image, taken from a book about lusty ladies at a peep show in Seattle
and I added a bit of digitized pixelation to cover her face (as opposed to the other parts that are often pixelated).
I guess it ties in somewhere with my bag ladies and the idea that people hide their faces for various reasons, or others prefer that some of us have our faces hidden.
Anyhow, I am working on some new ideas and hoping to get myself an exhibition next year, somehow , somewhere... watch this space!
